Prequalification
All Trade Contractors interested in the upcoming Capital System Renewal Program Projects must be PSU prequalified before the bidding due date. For prequalification documents, contact Tina Petrie (tina.petrie@butz.com) at Alexander Building Construction Co., and reference the PSU Capital Systems Renewal Program .
Submit prequalification documents directly to Tina Petrie (tina.petrie@butz.com) at Alexander Building Construction Co. All prequalification documents must be completed/returned by the project’s prequalification due date. We will not accept any prequalifications sent after the due date. Any proposals from bidders who are not prequalified at the time of bid will not be accepted.
