The new Penn State Field Hockey Stadium stands as a testament to the University’s commitment to women’s athletics. Located adjacent to Bigler Field, this state-of-the-art facility is the program’s first stadium with dedicated on-site amenities, providing a long-awaited home for Penn State Field Hockey.
The complex features 1,086 seats including bench seating, some seat backs, and accessible positions with a press level with a capacity of 172. The project includes team meeting and locker rooms for home and visiting teams, as well as officials, coaches’ offices, a medical room, a concessions area, and ticket booths for game-day service. A premium interior multipurpose viewing area on the press level serves as a club space on game days and as a venue for team functions. Additional amenities include outdoor viewing terraces, enhanced lighting for night games, and a commemorative garden honoring Hall of Fame Coach Char Morett-Curtiss.
