The University's 2024-2028 Capital Plan is a maintenance-centric plan focused on system renewals, maximizing funding impact, and minimizing administrative burden. 

The Capital Plan is a living document intended to serve as a guide to help prioritize projects and accommodate emerging strategic needs. Individual projects are approved once they have gone through the University Board of Trustees approval process.
